Lynda is very knowledgable about many different aspects of fitness, including cardio and strength training, weight loss, nutrition and motivation. She is very professional, accommodating, friendly and encouraging. She provides rigorous, varied workout sessions and is highly attentive to safety. Her private studio is well equipped and clean. Lynda Gronlund is a great trainer who is exceptionally easy to work with. She is incredibly communicative and accommodating regarding all aspects of training. You can request your favorite exercises to be incorporated in the workout. Also, Lynda is always able to suggest alternate forms of exercises that can be adapted to accommodate various ability levels. Workouts incorporate a lot of cool fitness styles and props, as well as a nice mix of cardio and strength. She is a great trainer for anyone looking to have help achieving fitness goals.Nov 8, 2010

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We offer a free, no obligation consultation to learn about you, see if we’re a good match, and answer al questions. From there we schedule workouts and move forward with your custom plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?ACE Personal Trainers are required to complete 2 units of continuing education every 2 years to maintain their certification. This year I plan to attend the ACE Symposium in October to complete my continuing education credits.
