I found COVAL Fitness through Thumbtack a few months after having my son. I was having trouble losing the weight I gained during my pregnancy and diet alone was not working. Mike not only listened to what my goals were and understood what I was looking for he made me feel like I could accomplish everything I wanted and would help every step of the way. Mike creates personal programs tailored to my goals every month and checks in regularly with me to see how I am doing. The atmosphere at COVAL sets it so far apart from any other gym I have been too. Every single person who walks in the door is there to support each other and make sure you are getting the most out of every workout. COVAL Fitness is awesome, plain and simple! Wanting to get back into shape and stay motivated, I was looking for a gym or workout environment that would keep me motivated, and I can definitely say that I found that - and much more - at COVAL fitness. Mike and the rest of the team at the gym helped me build a workout plan that would be tailored exactly to my goals, taking into consideration my schedule, my weak spots, and my needs. The workout environment at COVAL is professional (the trainers work with you, making sure your technique is on point, that you're pushing yourself) but also extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Coming to Coval, my main goal was to improve my body composition. But I can honestly say that I gained much more than that - working out at coval keeps me motivated, helps me improve on my technique and allows me to focus on areas and aspects of strength training I wouldn't really prioritize (or, let's be honest, know how to improve on) in a regular gym setting (such as balance, core work, coordination, lower body strength, appropriate stretching and correct warm-up techniques). Before coming to Coval Fitness I had a hard time making myself go workout. The atmosphere is inviting, everyone is friendly, and the staff know how to encourage you to do your best. Mike also helped me come up with a meal plan and prep so I could live an all around healthier lifestyle. We want to make sure that we're the right fit for your needs and goals, so this is an easy and low-risk way for you to find out if we are the right fit. POST 21 DAY KICKSTART PROGRAM Our programs are broken down into monthly payments rather than on a per session basis. This helps with managing the clients monthly budget and keeps them accountable for making their sessions.
