Michelle is an excellent trainer and motivator, especially for women. She does a great job in making a hard work out seem less intimidating and definitely pusheds you to do better for yourself each workout. Michelle is tough but I always got excellent results.

I worked out with Michelle for years at Chicago Women's Fitness. I was never in such high great shape and always kept me motivated to do my best. She's a great trainer and although I'm sad to see her leave Chicago I'm sure she will be great for the women in Michigan!

Michelle is a great trainer! She helped me meet my fitness goals while making it fun to workout. She encouraged me when I thought I could not keep going and really provided a lot of good tips.
