Great Lakes Chef Catering Services catered my baby shower in an historic house in Howell, she was well prepared and offered many options for an event like this, cheese fondue, chocolate fondue, lemon bars, mini Raspberry custard tartlets, ham and Swiss pinwheels, turkey on Havarti, vegan flatbreads, cucumber sandwiches, chicken and grape salad on cucumber slices and the best sangria I have ever tasted. I have worked with other nutritionists in the past and followed other diets over the last few years. Other nutritionists and diets required scales, measuring cups, and plain boring rice, chicken, and eggs. I fell off every plan and diet quickly. Shocking! I hired Paul almost seven months ago to help me train for my first NPC Bikini Competition. I was at a point where I had been working out regularly for two years, but was still unhappy with my body and struggling to get through a fitness plateau. Our first meeting was an hour and a half, and Paul listened to my goals, and explained how he would help me accomplish them. By the time I left, I couldn't wait to embark on my new fitness journey, and I knew I had found a trainer that would encourage and challenge me, yet understand that working out could not be my whole life, but an aspect of it along with work, school, and social activities. In February 2014, I weighed 146lbs and was at 26% body fat. Today (August 2014), I am 133lbs, 17% body fat, and FINALLY happy with my body. Paul helped me reach my goals by revamping my diet so that I was eating more often and healthier foods, as well as requiring that I keep a daily food log that he reviews each week. In addition to changing my eating habits, Paul also improved my workout regimen. In the privacy of the PVSFit studio gym, he pushed my body and mind with challenging workouts, which taught me how to push myself when working out on my own. He also helped me structure the workouts performed on my own time. Paul is also very accessible outside of the gym. I e-mail and text him regularly with questions, and he always gets right back to me! When I started this adventure in February 2014, I planned on using a personal trainer until I got through the competition. However, my plan has changed, and I will continue to train with Paul for the foreseeable future so that I can maintain my health and weight loss!

Robert came to me one night after seeing my successes and failures over the past couple years with diet and weight loss. He was genuine and caring and offered his services to me. To be honest, at first I was apprehensive mostly due to cost and time - but he's been absolutely wonderful. He's taken the time to understand my lifestyle (working 2 jobs) and has helped guide me toward finding ways to incorporate a healthy lifestyle in it. Every personal training session is more than just a work out. I learned that. You can't just show up, work out and leave. This has to become a part of your life - day in and day out. It took me almost 3 months to make a paradigm shift from within. To go from eating fast food, never working out and eating at poor times ... To eating healthy, eating smaller portions several times a day... Takes effort and motivation and Robert helps you realize this. For me, my health is the most important. I want to life a full life and now I can say that I want to live a full, active life. Eventually make my way to doing marathons and the like. Robert uses his understanding of behaviors to guide you through the process of his training. I've honestly felt like I have a mentor, psychologist, nutritionist and ultimately a trainer who fully understands what im going through and motivates me to succeed. And I have!! I've lost over 80 pounds and continue to be a success as I learn more and push more every time I work with a Robert.
Amanda literally helped me to find my health. My digestive system decided that it no longer wanted to process animal products (meat, seafood, diary). She helped me to understand the importance of what I needed in my diet to replace the nutrients typically found in these items.
