Ruth is an amazing trainer! Most trainers are very harsh and hard on you to point you don't feel comfortable or you never wanna come back, but not Ruth! she gives you full body workouts that you can feel and she does it gracefully! I have never left a trainer wanting to come back for more until I met Ruth. I'm telling you all she's the best. Hire her, you won't regret it!!

Al loves what he does and it shows. His knowledge of the body, muscles, and how it all works is impressive. The gym is topnotch, clean, and conducive to a great workout. I usually push weights, but I decided to try Health Targeted Solutions because it's something different. The exercises are kick a** and something you can easily adapt to any place you are at that may not have a workout facility. I highly recommend Al and Health Targeted Solutions. His rates are very affordable as well.

Mary is an awesome trainer! She helped me get into shape for my wedding and I was very pleased with my results. I was battling a hand injury at the time and Mary made sure to plan around my injury to ensure the best possible workouts without causing further damage. Unfortunately, I had to move and was too far to train with her, but I will definitely call on Mary again in my future should I ever move back to Ann Arbor! I highly recommend!

I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him. From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle. The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets. All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress. Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.

Michelle is a fantastic trainer! Very knowledgeable about the body and weight loss, and she gives you specific dietary advice that is based around foods you like. Every workout is different so I never get bored. No fads with Michelle and it is hard work, but I am a huge fan.

Chris is the absolute best! He customizes each workout to fit your needs and switches things up each time so you never get bored of doing the same thing. Extremely flexible with his schedule and will often work around my hectic schedule to ensure I can get my three workouts in a week. He’s always bringing in new equipment and his gym is completely on trend with the industry. While Chris takes your goals into consideration, the best part is you often get a total body workout in during each session. Gus is an excellent trainer and coach. He is very knowledgeable about the body, detailed in explanations, fun and professional. Workout plan is taylored to your specific needs according to your goals. Your time with him is not divided with another client but you have his full attention during your scheduled time. He is easy to contact outside of training should you have any questions. I have been training with Gus for 2 weeks and have noticed a change in my stamina, strength and body. I leave every workout tired but pumped and ready for the next appointment!!

Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!

My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. We have been able to see a noticeable difference in the short time we have been working out with Kyle. We would highly recommend Coach Kyle and the Fitt Factory.

I have worked with multiple personal trainers over the years. Amanda is hands down the best. She is always going above and beyond for her clients. I have struggled for a few years to get motivated to get back on track in the gym and with a healthy lifestyle. Amanda seems to be able to read just how much to push you to get you going and keep you there. Very personable, timely and quick to return calls and emails. I would recommend her to anyone.

I hired Jeannette to help me get back into shape after having my baby. I have always been in good shape ,and no stranger to a gym. After having my baby and juggling life, I felt I needed someone to keep on track, and that's where she came in. She assessed me, spent ample time explaining the program I was about to start. Plus, I developed diastasis recti from my pregnancy, Jeannette knew the exercises that would help me in this area. We worked diligently to gradually bring my abdominal muscles back together, and more importantly to help strengthen my low back and abs; which from what I've learned help with overall support to the entire body. Jeannette is thorough with every exercise she introduces. That helped! What I also appreciated was how she checked in between sessions to see how I was feeling, plus would send me information regarding healthy eating and exercises I can do at home. She's pretty much on it!

I've been working out for years and wanted to change it up. Having or not having a trainer has always been on my mind. Seeing the 6 week challenge intrigued me and once I meet Dom I felt like he was actually looking forward to helping me reach my fitness goals. Having different workouts per session and working different muscles in different ways that kept me focused on my goals. I didn't know my body could do the workouts we do which pushes me to be stronger. Organized training along with being pushed by him I've been able to keep my diet and workouts on track. That has always been an issue for me. Comfortable workout environment along with great coaching I'm very pleased with his training!

Kathleen is the first personal trainer I have ever had, and I could not be more pleased. She works with my physical limitations and helps me to gradually overcome them and increase strength and improve body composition. She has wisdom for what path to take to reach my goals while allowing previous injuries to heal. She has given me so much knowledge, and is helping me to do what is best for MY body.
