The massage was great, felt a big pain and flexibility relief in my back afterwards.
My first Thai Bodywork session was during the end of my training for a triathlon. Afterward I felt extremely rejuvenated, my muscles relaxed with relief. I also feel it helped finish up the last week of training leading up to the race.

Beth gives an awesome massage! I thrifted off to la la land. The pressure was excellent and her ability and knowledge of the body, along with good conversation provided a great experience!
I went to Spalyfe for reflexology for a specific problem. It was one of the best sessions that I had ever had. I walked out of session feeling wonderful and not in pain. Pamela was very professional. I am definitely going back.
Outstanding service and very professional. I would highly recommend Deyo Studio to anyone looking for a make over and or a unforgettable massage.
Kristina is professional, sweet, and thorough. We talked a bit before she got started about my troubled areas. She addressed all issues I had with great proficiency and the massage lasted a generous hour. Hands down, best massage experience I have had and I highly recommend hiring, Kristina.
Lisa is a great massage therapist. She listens to what problems you have and works very hard to relieve pain. She is especially good at therapeutic massage. She does not want to put you in more pain, but instead tries to determine a cause and relieve pain through more gentle means. I live in Baltimore, Maryland and if I come to Michigan to visit, I will schedule an appointment with her specifically. I cannot recommend her more highly.
Stephanie is a phenomenal massage therapist. I sought her assistance due to pain from a herniated disc in my neck. She did an outstanding job! I highly recommend her!

Trained in Italy under Master Reflexologies, Julian Myftiu, CMT has recently established Birmingham, MI, as his location of practice. Reflexology, based on ancient Chinese therapy, involves manipulation of specific areas of the body -- primarily in the feet, hands and ears -- which correspond to other parts of the body. Also known as zone therapy, this bodywork involves application of pressure, similar to what is utilized in acupressure, to stimulate body organs and relieve areas of congestion. Reflexology works on the body's energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance in physical function. It is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids. It is especially useful in stress-related illness and emotional disorders. Reflexology is also convenient in cases where an area of the body is traumatized or diseased to the extent that direct manipulation is not appropriate. In addition to his training and experience in Reflexology, Julian is an expert practitioner in Tui Na (Chinese) massage and highly experienced in shiatsu, myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and therapeutic touch. He is a member of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber, Associated Bodyworks and Massage Professionals, American Therapeutic Association, and Massage Alliance of Southeastern Michigan. He is a tai chi instructor of a tai chi center in Venice, Italy.
