Introduction: Most housekeepers/janitors use commercial cleaners. Or chemical based cleaners. At all Green Cleaning we are concerned with what we can do to save this planet, so we use all natural products. We use good old fashioned elbow grease and get the job done. We do not waste your time, and we will not make false promises. If we cannot do something, we will tell you. While we are a brand new company, we do come with references. We are very proud of our work. I love the feeling when a customer that previously doubted that my products could work as well as their chemically based ones, hire me to do more work because they like my products better. Nothing feels better then being satisfied with the products you use and supplying your customer with good service.

Well I contacted a number of people to do an estimate for a move-in clean. All green cleaning quoted me 500 dollars when the other two quoted me 160 and 350. I decided to go with all green cleaning because of the products that they use. We negotiated the house to be cleaned only in certain areas and i told her that I have a 200 $ budget. We agreed on the area of the house to be cleaned and she counter offered me to do it for 250, than she said 230. We agreed that they would dust everything and do the basement, garage, kitchen and bathrooms also the mainfloor wood floors. They told me that they were done but I didnt check the work prior to paying. I wish that I would have looked over everything because when I began to look at the details I noticed that the ceiling fans and light fixtures had not been dusted, the basement was still wet after they moped it, the cupboards had not been cleaned or wiped out, and I actually did the garage myself to help their process bc I thought they would spend extra time elsewhere but I was wrong. I would not recommend all green cleaning at all because when I told her that she missed a few areas she got all rude and says that she would be letting everyone get a second free cleaning if she believed everything they said. She did try to rectify the situation but at that time I was already offended. On a side note they were nice ladies and worked hard but they did not pay attention to the details and weren't very cooperative when i asked for them to come go over a few missed areas. Also they did not clean underneath the sinks and the insides of the toilet had mold on it that was untouched upon inspection, and the toilet that had mold on the inside they told me that it would be an extra 20$ for them to use a mold killing product... in my opinion was very petty. But do not work with them unless you have in writing exactly what you want done and to the specifications that you desire, and do not pay them prior to inspecting the work.

Anthony, as I said when we talked, I'am sorry that you were not satisfied with the work that we did at your home. Per our contract, that you signed, payment was upon completion. You paid us, which means the work was complete. Your review was also not exactly accurate. We kept in contact with you as we cleaned, made sure it was to your satisfaction. Each time, you assured us, you were happy. As for the mold in your toilets, I told you about it, you told us to leave it, as you would take care of it, as it would cost extra. As for the garage, you tried to add that AFTER the contract was signed. I was even nice enough to verbally agree to do it without charging you more, but you decided not to have us do it. You did not ask us to clean underneath the sinks, or to clean inside the cupboards. You asked us to dust. Which is what we did. The basement floor....you are not adding in your review that you have a leak in your basement and you already have a wet floor, and we cleaned to the best of our abilities with a wet floor. I did try to rectify the situation with you by coming Monday morning, you said no. So again, I'm sorry you were not happy, and I hope you have a great day.

The price for a standard clean has a set hourly rate, Deep cleanings have a set rate depending how big the home is, and Carpet and Upholstery cleaning we do together most generally but is not required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to give a in home estimate not a over the phone or over the internet estimate. Seeing the home lets us see exactly what needs to be done, how long it will take, and how many workers will be needed.
