As a first time homebuyer i didnt know really what to look for, or what to expect from a inspection, well Ric put all that to ease. Called him at the last minute and he showed up early and ready to work 45 min away from his office. He was very thorough with his inspection ( 2 hrs) and even checked every outlet for power in the house! Crawled into the attic, took pictures of everything he looked at, whether bad or not. He answered every question I had, even walked outside to show me and point out a few things. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone that asks. He went above and beyond.

Our inspector Justin was friendly and knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and offered helpful maintenance ideas particular to Michigan and our area. I requested the inspection on Monday, it was conducted on Wednesday morning, and I received a completed report by Thursday morning. We really appreciate the professional service!
