All of our pricing is typically set by the insurance companies using an estimating program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to get as much information as possible from the customer up front so that we can develop an action plan. We sympathize and listen to their concerns and address them accordingly. We do our best to reassure them that it isn't as bad as it looks and to trust us, because we have seen it all!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
