- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For general lawn mowing services, it depends on the size of your property and time it takes to complete the task. Once established, a flat rate can be determined. Bush trimming, fertilizing, weeding, mulching, etc. ~ again, depends on site specific needs, quantity of materials, and anticipated time involvement. Estimates are provided. For cleaning your home, cottage, or office space, I work with an hourly rate. Most important, I listen to what you have in mind and prioritize accordingly. The hourly rate is for two ~ very good working women! We don't sit around, but get right to work getting things done for you. If...you see that we are taking a well-earned break or we need to go into town for a supply that has run low, please be assured that you are not being billed for those times. We are honest and believe that is the ONLY way to be successful. We treat you as we like to be treated....best motto ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If possible, I prefer to meet in person with a new client. Owners know what they have in mind and would like to have done. I listen well and ask questions accordingly to ensure we understand one another.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a Bachelor's Degree in Community Services which helps me communicate well with my customers.
