My event was a family gathering for an outdoor BBQ for about 60 - 70 people. Patsey assisted me with the party arrangements and was wonderful to work with. She was very professional and also provided helpful suggestions to make my event a success. I originally contacted Cocktails N Dreams for a photo booth but added additional services (Bartender, servers, and a snow cone machine). The staff arrived on time, they were all extremely polite, very professional and made everything run smoothly. I did have a few concerns with Cocktails N Dreams . When I originally contacted them in July to book my August event Patsey completed my contract agreement and said she would email me with the contract the next day. But, a week later I had to call for the contract. It still took an additional week and another call back to receive the contract. I spoke with Kelly and she apologized & explained they had an annual event to complete and would send the contract right away. I almost cancelled but realized I din't have enough time to find a new vendor. Another concern was a discrepancy with the cost of the photo boot. Kelly sent me a quote for $300 for 3 hrs which I accepted but when Patsey called to confirm the contract she said it was for 2 and 1/2 hours. I told her we agreed on 3 hrs & she said no problem.My final concern was the rental of the snow cone machine; Patsey called me the day before my event to ask what time did I want to pick up the snow cone machine. I was never advised that I was responsible for picking it up. I told her I was too busy. She said it could be delivered for an additional $25 and I said I should cancel it. So, she decided to ask the bartender to bring it with him. This should have been discussed when the original plans were made. Customers need to known up front what they are responsible for. They should never receive a last minute notice.
We recently used Todds services of both the photo booth and DJ. We could not be more pleased with both of his services. My daughter got married at our home and he did a fabulous job of accommodating all of our requests. So professional in every aspect of his jobs! We requested an open air photo booth, even though it might rain, and he made sure it happened, great props for the booth. His DJ services are fantastic. He had to set up two different areas for out wedding and did it such a great job of doing so. Our guests were not ready to leave when our contract time was up and we asked if he would stay an hour longer, with pay, and he never even hesitated, actually stayed longer than an hour more. I recently rented a photo booth from MDL Photo Booths for my niece Sweet 16 party and I am more than satisfied. First of all they were there to set-up earlier than originally stated (I am a military vet so time really matters), they greeted everyone very professionally and quickly set-up the booth. They had props laid out on the table that were used a lot by everyone attending, and they also had two young men assisting with the photo booth that were very courteous and outgoing.. Excellent customer service. I will definitely use MDL again and request them to anyone I know in search of a photo booth.. Thanks again MDL for making my niece Sweet 16 party a success!!!!
Perfect! Everything was done so nice. We used the open air booth and couldn't be happier. Good selection of props , the green screen was awesome and the text to phone feature was a nice added bonus.
After the company I booked canceled at the last minute I contacted MR Photo Booth. They had the date available, were in my budget and saved the day! The inflatable photo booth was a hit!
Exposure Photo Booths provided a photo booth for my wedding on Sept. 27. I had decided very last minute (about a week or so before the wedding) that I had wanted this service. Communication could have been a little bit better (faster), but I was extremely happy with the photo booth, technician and memory book that was provided. I would definitely hire this company again!

Tracy was great!!! The photo booth was a big hit. She had a lot of props. We've been to quite a few weddings with other photo booths and those other companies had no where near the large selection that cool photo booths had. I would highly recommend Tracy.
Brad was great. Very professional, fast set up and tons of fun! The rain kinda put a damper on the open house but when the photo booth went up, there was nothing but good times! Lots of props to choose from.
The communication before my event was timely and productive. We appreciated the excellent customer service from Rinell to ensure that our party was a huge success. The photo booth was a highlight of our party and everyone enjoyed the props! Despite a mixup at the home company, Rinell kept in touch and helped resolve the photo size issue. On June 6th, I received AWESOME service from Edric's Expressive Images (Photo Booth) for my daughters OPEN HOUSE. I want to commend him on his professionalism and great attitude. This was a great photo booth for a high school dance. The students really liked it. There were lots of choices for backgrounds and Sandy and Melissa were very easy to work with. They did the work to attach our logo and create backgrounds appropriate to the theme of the dance. The pictures looked really cool!
I worked with Craig at the Timberhouse and the Blue Heron. He was mentored by Mr. Jim Hupp in northern California. This last summer I went to Michigan and once again I found Craig to be as up to par as I remembered. The experience was fantastic as well as his menu.
Monica and her team are a breathe of fresh air! They were at my friends wedding and brought so much fun an excitement to the event. That I had to book her for my wedding next year. No other photo booth can deliver like Shared Memories can!!!
