Made and confirm appointment a week in advance. Messaged them that I was on my way to meeting place an hour in advance and the exact location of my he park that I was waiting. And now 30 minutes after the scheduled time wit no call, no show, no message and no contact, I guess me and the puppy are heading home still untrained. Thank You for that!
