    Rates range frm 8-10%, dependent on the property Class. We give discounts for multiple units under management.

    -We strive to determine your expectations and which of our services appeal to you. -We then discuss how our Standard Operating Procedures match or exceed your expectations. -Once hired, you have access to your Owner Portal with live reports and copies of all communications, documents, etc. We almost become your secretary:)
