Allison was outstanding! She was super responsive, fun to work with, a strong negotiator for us, and we sold our house in 3 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We lived in our home for over a decade, and I was a nervous wreck about it. Lucky for me, she quickly established trust with our family. After just a few minutes, we gained confidence with her fact-based advice, understanding of the market, and process that made it simple for us to sell our home. It worked. Allison is nothing short of amazing!! She was our advocate, our educator and our friend through the home buying process. The seller's agent and the sellers made the process very difficult but Allison absorbed a lot of our stress by staying on top of them, constantly communicating with us what was going on and kept us aware of next steps at all times. Home buying can be stressful, but Allison made it as enjoyable and stress free as one possibly can!! I'd highly recommend Allison to anyone!
