This is WAY overdue but I had an AMAZING experience with Elyse. Everyone was asking me to digitize but I couldn’t part with the thought of my ticket stubs just becoming pictures. She made every use of everything she could and I get to go through all my physical memorabilia still in a beautiful traditional book. She will be my go-to person for as long as she’ll have me.

I honestly don’t know what to say. I don’t want to share photos for privacy, but Elyse’s work is amazing. The kind of work I wish I could’ve done for my own scrapbook-gone-wrong that I made for my husband a Christmas years ago. She was able to carefully pick apart this junk-filled scrapbook, and recreate it to a beautiful album of memories. I have it out on my coffee table as we speak! I spoke to other scrapbook specialists who suggested I digitize. Now I understand the benefits of digitizing, but I couldn’t bare to part with physical feeling of my tickets, my postcards, my buttons. And let me tell you, the way Elyse put them together, makes me really appreciate having them all in my hands without feeling overwhelmed. Basically, thank you! Can’t wait to get more pages someday!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $300-500 per project. This fee includes materials (album, paper, photo prints, décor details, etc.), shipping and labor. Prices vary based on size and number of pages: - 10 12x12 pages, plus album: $300 - 15 12x12 pages, plus album: $400 - 20 12x12 pages, plus album: $500 This is at the high-end of the range for scrapbook services, but you get what you pay for – and these memories will last a lifetime!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the start of every project I complete a phone or video consult with new customers. It’s so important to understand customer expectations around scope, timing, preferences for colors / themes, etc. After I have a firm understanding of the project requirements, I procure supplies and get scrapping! I like to end each project with another phone or video consult, to give customers a chance to request final changes before shipping the scrapbook out (unless, of course, a customer would prefer to be surprised!).
