Introduction: The days I love the most are when we arrive on a jobsite to find a pile of what is basically "nothing" lumber and raw materials, and by the time we leave that day, we have turned that pile into something that a homeowner and their family are going to use and enjoy for years to come. We're proud of what we do and I'm looking forward to the next project, all the time.

I have had PhD Maintenance out to my house on four different occasions in 2014 and each time they have done an outstanding job.The projects have included the following: Complete remodeling of all of our closets Tiling our garage floor Insulation around our fireplace Various miscellaneous tasks We are going to have them back in 2015 to work on our utility room and painting our deck. They are prompt hardworking and reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

Interior Painting

Brian and his crew painted three rooms for me, including an accent wall. I'm very happy with the quality work they did, the price they charged and especially the time it took! To be honest, I didn't think they could get it all done in three days, but they did! He even replaced the broken ceiling fan in one of the rooms--a bonus that they could take care of that for me as well.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Remodeling and carpentry work, wood fence construction, handyman services, powerwashing and deck staining

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

First, and most importantly, ask if they are fully insured! In the state of Michigan, if an uninsured contractor injures himself on your property, they can actually sue YOU, the homeowner, for medical coverage. Make sure you are protected and that employees are uniformed, and clean-cut before coming on your property. You deserve that much at least!
