Introduction: I am a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 200 yoga instructor trained in Sivananda Hatha and the Eight Limb Path of Yoga. I teach a variety of classes and levels, including hatha, vinyasa,
yoga, Pilates, and a taking care of backs.
I create a theme for each class, and the lesson plan follows with designated postures, breathing, and mindful messages. I interact with my students throughout a class and use verbal cues as well as modeling and assisting/adjusting.
I like to keep things fun and upbeat, and I ensure that my students are having fun while working hard.
I love yoga, and it has changed my life in many ways. I work to bring the gift of yoga to as many students as possible.
