I started working with Connie almost seven years ago. As a result of working out with her, I was able to fit into my MOTB dress. I have also been cared at a store because they didn't think I looked 55 years old or older!
TRX, nutrition guidance, Yoga, and keeping track of progress are just a part of everything Connie does. Her personality is great no matter your age. I highly recommend her!
Chantelle is a amazing palm reader. I see her help people understand what their hand lines mean. I also do yoga every time I can with her. This does help the body stretch out. I was not able to bend my legs straight do to a accident when I was younger. Well she has help me a bunch with that and now I can bend my legs straight again.. Thank you Chantelle you are a excellent palm reader and yoga instructor
I have had two Thai Bodywork sessions now with Stephanie and will definitely be booking future sessions. Stephanie has also been my yoga instructor for several months. What I really like about Stephanie is she started our session by asking me a lot of questions about my background, movement ability, past athletic activity, etc. She is very knowledgeable but also humble, and when I would ask a question, if she didn't know the exact answer, she came back to me later with the requested information. I also value her integrity in her yoga teaching style. She is very cognizant of individual limitations of one's body and will never recommend a posture/pose if there is any chance of pain or harm. I have had far too many yoga instructors in the past who will try to force the body into a posture that is simply not feasible, thus causing injury. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and been exposed to numerous instructors as well as received Thai Bodywork from previous instructors. Stephanie is hands down, the most knowledgeable, skilled and trustworthy instructor I have met. I would recommend her with my highest regards.
Stephanie gives a great yoga class that stretches and challenges my yoga skills. My 80 year old mother, who has never done yoga before, also participates and enjoys the class. Stephanie skillfully assists her in finding poses that work well for her abilities. I also love the prayer and bible verse she incorporates into each class.
I went to Lindsey's class on Saturday and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I was a little nervous going in since it was my first time taking any sort of yoga class. Lindsey did such a great job making the whole class feel confident and comfortable. *Bonus points for the lovely music playlist she put together. ( I enjoyed it so much I downloaded it on spotify.)* You can definitely tell she puts a lot of thought into every aspect of the session. Not only did I leave feeling refreshed and proud of myself, I left with a brighter outlook on life in general. I will absolutely be taking more classes in the future.
I'm not a person that usually writes reviews but Eli is such a great personal trainer and yoga instructor, it would be selfish to keep that a secret from other people🙂 I first started training with Eli back in April of 2016 (I'd never worked with a trainer before). It was at a Saturday class at Health Targeted Solutions (where she is one of two trainers) and it was her workout that we were doing that day. When I tell you that I thought I was gonna die (every part of my body hurt for a whole week) wholly crap!!! The crazy thing about that day is that I didn't and Eli was so helpful and encouraged me (even give me alternative options for certain exercises that were too much for me to handle) every step of the way, not letting me quit (not like some crazy rude people you see on T.V.). I try to go to all weekend classes now for her workouts. She always has a smile on her face and full of positive things to say. I've recently started do Yoga with Eli as well... I don't know if you can call what I do yoga lol, but I like it. Again Eli never judges or has a bad word to say. It's crazy how she is always so full of encouragement and a positive attitude, and that makes you feel like you can accomplish anything if you work at it. I still have a long way to go on my journey to being a healthier person and thanks to Eli, Al and Sue I'm 30lbs lighter and twice and strong as I was 8 months ago. Thank You!!!
My friend and I have semi private lessons because my friend has Parkinson's and moves slower,is not comfortable in a regular big class. Natasha works with both of us together but still addresses our individual issues.. She is very positive in all aspects,a joy to have as an instructor. We now have class twice a week.
Yoga with Chantelle is great for beginners and advanced students. She is very tuned in to your needs and adjusts the asana as needed. She is knowledgeable about modifications to poses for injuries or just stiff bodies. Her energy puts you at ease the moment you meet her. Her prices are competitive and her schedule is flexible and accommodating.
I had a great experience with Antonette's private yoga sessions. She was very knowledgeable with her yoga background and training. Antonette was able to tailor the sessions to our small group (our family did yoga with her). She provided great hands-on adjustments and modified the poses for each individual in our group. From what I understand her prenatal yoga is wonderful (although we did vinyasa flow and power yoga with her!). She was very professional and responded quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend using her for yoga instruction.
I completed the Reiki training thru Lisa at Spirt Rising yoga and meditation and I loved it! The training was very intense, not only book work but the hands on practice we great!! Loved it! And I use it when I teach yoga.
