I always go - HHhhmmm, when little things aren't working. Then when the list grows, I know I need someone trusworthy. Nothing was working. I searched, and found Just Do It Computers, filled in the blanks, Mark called and I described what was happening, and he invited me to bring my laptop over, and gave me a probable price for repairs. Within 20 hours he called to say it was fixed, he deleted Firefox, installed a new clean version of Firefox, fixed a Yahoo problem of attaching pictures, installed new Windows updates, updated the other appropriate software to keep my system clean, and called me within 20 hours - Done! I always like to support my local businesses, you can't find better that Mark! He did everything necessary, and more, and actually charged me less than he expected. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly educating ourselves by reading and staying up on current technology. We test many of the newer tech items either for personal or professional enhancement. We don't always recommend diving in to the newest technology as many times the manufactures have not worked the bugs out yet.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I had and have a passion for it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Virus / Spyware and Malware removal are the most common. System optimization, Hard Drive Failure and Data recovery are also somewhat common. Many users do not backup their data (Photos, Documents and Music). We perform many other types of services as well. Pretty much anything regarding a Desktop, Laptop or Mac. We can provide one on one training as well.
