Introduction: I am passionate about health and fitness. I specialize in helping clients lose weight and keep it off for the long-term, using a 21 day eating plan that allows them to eat every 2hrs keeping their bodies supplied with nutrients and automatically gets them into the habit of potion control. I also love teaching yoga. I have been a yoga teacher for 6 years and focus on correct alignment,breathing, flexibility, fitness and growing student confidence. Yoga practice helps make any fitness activity such as cardio, swimming, tennis etc easier and beneficial. It is a great addition to any fitness routine. I also specialize in custom fitness routines and primarily instruct Total Body Workout, were the body weight is used for different workouts. The TBW is designed to cover the whole body in a circuit. This ensures all body parts are covered and keeps the whole body fit and ready.
