- What types of customers have you worked with?My typical service begins by greeting my client at the front door, bringing her back to my chair, draping her and brushing out her hair. Then we begin the color consultation. The most important part of your appointment should be the consult. It should take some time and every question should be answered. You shouldn't be asked a series of yes or no questions, your stylist should be asking you a series of styling questions, cutting questions, a brief history on your hair and actually much more. This is all very important. My most popular service is dimensional color. Foil work is very important, it should reflect the shape of the face and compliment the hair cut all in the same. I would love to meet and consult with you on your hair!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?My advice for a client looking to hire a Stylist, is to take advantage of the free consultations. They usually take less than 20 minutes. you arrive early and see if she/he is ready for you, how they treat the last client in the chair, what did that clients hair look like? How you feel over all when you walk in the salon. You can prevent a bad experience by testing it out first.
