Molding or baseboards,
We hired Mark to extend our deck and put a canopy over part of it. Set an appointment. He was punctual, as neat as can be expected. Finished on time.Oct 19, 2019
Keystone was a great contractor to work with. The built my deck exactly what I wanted, without an official design, only by what I explained to them. They were quick and efficient, and not overly expensive. We couldnt be more pleased with their workmanship.Oct 15, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We strive to give the customer a competitive price for high quality work that will last. This means we sometimes might not be the lowest price, but with our more personal approach and dedication to quality we make sure the job is finished to your satisfaction and will last. This gives you the best value for your money in the long term.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet in person when possible and discuss the job details. For smaller jobs I often can give a price and schedule the job at initial meeting, but for larger jobs I will create a detailed estimate (I usually have estimates back to customer in a week). If customer decides to have the job done we schedule it and take a down payment if necessary (generally need 50% payment before work begins and rest due when job is done).
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Definitely want to think about best value some people will try to get your job with a initially low price, but when the job is started you see they are using cheep materials or doing sloppy work and when you want the better quality it ends up costing a lot more. Make sure to be very clear on your expectations when you get a quote and that you get a quote that is clearly written to include all important details so you can hold them accountable to finish the job the way you want at the price they quoted. This will get you started in the right direction to find the right person that has your best interests in mind.
