Overall, Kleen Michigan did a thorough job. There was an unexpected interruption with one of the workers who had a personal issue to deal with but they have said that they would return to close out a couple of items that they were not able to complete due to the interruption. Overall, very professional and thorough job though. I coordinated this for my sister who was just released from the hospital. My sister was pleased particularly with them saying that they would return to close out a few things that they just didn't have time to clean as they did with other areas. I would recommend them again and my sister is interested in establishing a regular schedule going forward Thank you for the referral. Regards, Heather Zammit

Initially sent a group of 4 people who spent over 2 hours doing minimal window cleaning for a “whole house deep clean.” They came in with a small caddy of cleaning solutions and a roll of paper towel. I was truly disappointed after reading good reviews. When I alerted the owner, she informed me that they were “training people” and that she thought “the house would be empty.” I feel that whether or not I was present, has nothing to do with quality of work.
