CHEF NATHAN DELIVERED! I knew I was in for a delicious dinner before I walked into my home. The wonderful experience began when I smelled the tantalizing aroma as I got out of my car in my attached garage. What a wonderful way to wind down my busy day. Chef prepared a dinner for my husband and me that included flavors that blended well with all the dishes he made. The red sauce that was elegantly placed over the fresh asparagus was so good, I have to say it was better than my Italian mother's sauce; the vegetarian strudel with puree celery root sauce was so creamy I never would have believed it was light in calorie; and the grilled watermelon salad was so refreshing it hit the spot. Chef Nathan made 5 vegetarian dishes for us and each one was full of flavor and we enjoyed every bit of it. It was very obvious that Chef Nathan is a trained chef. His cooking skills were evident in the end result as there was no food left on our plates and as we ate we raved to each other how much we were enjoying dinner. I also was intrigued with his knowledge as he explained his dishes. He introduced foods to us that I never would have thought of much less know how to transform into a tasty dish. He truly is a gifted chef and he left my kitchen clean. I would have never known he came if it weren't for the smell and food that was waiting for me. I recommend you hire Chef Nathan and taste for yourself. You will be happy you did. One more thing, he is the nicest guy and we will be hiring him again!

My wife and I have used Nathan to prepare several special meals for us. Each time we were amazed at the creativity, presentation, and the flavors of everything he cooked. We decided to hire him to cook 4 meals for us last week. I told him I didn't want a menu and asked him to surprise us. The only stipulation was that every meal was to be vegetarian. Nathan went to work and created some unbelievably wonderful dinners for us. We were blown away at the composition of the sauces he created. One sauce had a distinct taste on the way into our mouths and a second distinct taste as it got further in. I have no idea how he did that. What a treat! I highly recommend you try this young man's service out!

Nathan took charge of everything. I had nothing to do but enjoy the dinner. And there was no cleanup,he does it all.His explanation of each course was amazing. There was plenty of time between courses to savor the food

Every Christmas eve we have family get together . The party was hosted at our home with Chef Nathan (my son)preparing a full course dinner that was fabulous! Not only did he have an outstanding menu -which he single handed prepared and served. He also cleaned the entire kitchen!. Nathan's dishes were outstanding with tastes and favors that made you ask for seconds. He truly will wow you with food you may have prepared for yourself before.... but never like this.

Nathan prepared the weeks worth of meals for my family. Each day the meals were full of flavor and texture. My daughter is gluten free which is always a challenge and I could not tell the meal were any different the the regular way food was prepared. Directions for meals were easy to follow and never tasted like they were reheated. Looking forward to having Nathan return to my kitchen. I am so confident of his expertise I have given his services as a gift to a friend.
