Introduction: If you're looking to become more flexible or just want to quiet your mind, we offer a yoga class for you! Our classes offered include everyone: children and teens, mat yoga for adults and gentle mat yoga for seniors, as well as chair yoga for seniors.
We also offer many different meditation workshops from An Introduction to Meditation (a one night workshop) to Being Present - Mindful Meditation & Living workshop (which is a 4-week workshop).
