Alex responded quickly to my request for help with my desktop computer. He picked up my computer on a mutually agreed upon day and time. He verbally gave me an estimated price. Alex communicated with me the next day about what he found and how he fixed it. He dropped my computer back off to my home. The great part was a fee lower than quoted and computer was fixed within 24 hours! Another benefit was having someone in- person and not remote. I am not the most tech savvy person and did not think I could follow all the instructions Alex was great communicator, professional and knowledgeable. I would hire him again if needed!

    No fix, no pay, unless agreed upon by the customer. All listed pricing is a baseline, some cases may be more or less.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to gain an understanding for what the customer uses their devices for. That informs my approach to the customer's issue.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Microsoft Associate Cert, and I'm working towards taking the CompTia A+ exam. Other than that, I have over three years of practical experience repairing devices for myself and even paying customers.
