FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive if not slightly lower than the average prices for massage to keep it in range for most anyone to enjoy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new client is to fill out an evaluation profile form to tell me the specifics of their visit and what type of experience they have had with massage therapy before. then I will review the form and go over their concerns and plan a strategy to meets those concerns(needs) Once we are clear on the need of the client, they prepare for treatment. I usually have them disrobe to their comfort level then they lay face down on the table covered in a full sheet and blanket. After they are covered on the table I will come into the treatment room. I will check the clients comfort of warmth, head rest and anything else that may need to be addressed before we begin. Then I will assess their posture and check the place where treatment will take place. As I work, I will periodically check with client on pressure comfort and well as relief of discomfort if that is a factor. My goal is for a pain free client to walk out my door.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
