- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a standard pricing system which includes $30.00 per hour for individual tutoring. I also provide the parent and child with an binder full of educational resources.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is a detailed phone conversation with the parent or caregiver requesting services for child. The necessary information needed is the child's grade level, the academic challenge the child is encountering and current G.P.A
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an educator since 2005. I have worked with all grade levels. I possess experience in working with students specifically whom have faced challenges in math and reading. Moreover I have worked with children with attention deficits and other emotionally impaired concerns.
