- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? For full scale interior design projects we develop a comprehensive proposal after meeting with clients to understand their overall goals, design needs and timeframes. This fee varies depending on the scope of work or amount of renovation/new construction the project will include. Itemized services such as test-fits for Real Estate brokers or programming assessments can be developed on a square footage basis at a very low cost! For example office test-fits for startups and small businesses searching for a new lease are as low as 60 cents per square foot!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Over 20+ years in commercial interiors with architectural licenses in the States of New York + Michigan. Bachelors in Architecture from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and Masters in Architecture from Georgia Tech in Atlanta!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Fell in love with architecture growing up between the NorthEnd of Detroit and the Boston Edison neighborhood. The open houses as a kid plus watching tons of "This Old House" nurtured my love for all design...Plus art classes at Cranbrook!
