- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am in the process of renewing my Serf Safe certificate. I am constantly looking of new ways to improve on my craft such as researching recipes, and new ways of reinventing old ones constantly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have loved cooking since the age of 13. About 7 years ago it became a passion of mine and that's when my culinary journey started. I took a year in finding the best school for me based on program, price and location. My school of choice became The Arts Institute of Michigan and i have loved every bit of my decision. During one of my costing/purchasing classes doing a project is where Serenity Cuisine was born. I have dedicated the past two years to building a name, brand and a great support system behind the name before my official launch of the company. Now here I am trying to build a name for myself to the world.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that i do very from small dinner parties to weddings and baby showers. Also i provide weekly individual dinners as well as person chef dinners for families.
