I am a first time thumbtack user and will be a repeat user. I made a request for a plumber to contact me regarding frozen pipes in a crawl space...house has boiler baseboard heating, so as you can imagine this meant no heat or water until it was thawed. I used a torpedo heater in the crawl to thaw the plumbing out and ended up with a muddy river in the crawl. Robert Burns was the 1st person to respond with a very reasonable rate which I knew would probably be adjusted after seeing the job. Mr. Burns responded in a timely manner and was more than fair on the quote to pump out over a foot of water out of about a 600 sq ft crawlspace and then go down and make repairs to burst pipes in a cold, wet and muddy crawlspace. The job turned out to be more than we expected, as when we got the plumbing going we still had to contend with the boiler, but he stayed at it until he got it up and running and had our water and heat back on. I completely agree with the other reviews in that he is a very hard worker and you more than get your moneys worth...not very many would do this and if they did they would charge an arm and a leg. Thank you Robert for the hard work.

I couldn't say enough good things about my experience with Peaks Construction. While I was dealing with an urgent roofing repair request, Brad was able to make it out to our home that same day (hours notice), and did an awesome job - he went OVER and BEYOND the job at hand. He was quick, responsive, professional and offered very honest pricing. I told all of my friends and family about my experience and will no-doubt be using them for any future projects.

We're new home owners and noticed that the gutters were in pretty bad shape. It was to the point that the 2nd story part of the house had trees growing out of the gutters. Tim did a great job to fix our gutter problem. He showed up and started right away. He cleaned all the debris and hauled it away as well. He was very fast and punctual and also did ground clean up under the gutters. Very nice and professional.

He hasn't actually worked for me personally, but I have been on several of his jobs with him and watched him do the work from the start of tearing it down to remodeling it ! He is very particular with how he does things and I have to say he is excellent. He puts alot of time and pride into what he does. I would recommend him for any job and it would be done well!

Joe did a good job on cleaning the gutters. He worked hard and made sure that I was satisfied at the end. There was a little accident during the job but he took care of it. He is a man of his word.

Patched leaking gutter. Not only did he work on the corner we asked to be fixed. But he checked all corners patched any other potential problems and cleaned out the debri. He was very efficient and professional. I will definitely call him for any other work I may need in the future.

He did a really good job. We had let our roof go for a long time, and was in pretty sad shape. It has been about 2-3 months now since the job was completed and it has held up awesome. He fixed our gutters and leaks in the basement. I was amazed at how well he knew what he was doing. We got several estimates- he was the best and charged a very reasonable price.

I gave Greg a siding job and a small gutter repair job. He came out when he said he would, quoted the job, communicated what he would do and left the estimate in the mailbox. He was not the cheapest, but i went with him because of the fact that he understood what i wanted. and how i wanted it. he did a good job. I will hire him again for the next house that needs siding.

I contacted J.T. Brothers Construction via online for an estimate and consultation for a new roof for my home. I was very impressed with the response time that they got back to me. We scheduled an appointment and again I was impressed that he was very punctual. I felt that Jay did go above and beyond. I have had several estimates in the past and I never had anyone actual go on the roof. I look forward to doing business with J.T. Brothers Construction.
