- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is rarely possible to price construction without a site visit and a meeting with the client to confirm scope. Once that occurs we make every effort to quickly submit a proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
JC Beal works hard to make sure any new customer's expectations are met with regard to quality, schedule, and price, and that starts with establishing a defined scope of work.
