Shannon is the most motivating trainer that I have ever worked with! She has helped me build muscle and shed fat and consistantly influenced me to make the necessary lifestyle changes to maintain my body! If it wasn't for shannon I would still be at 32% body fat , 152lbs at 4'10 and unhappy about the fact that I was barely strong enough to get up 3 flights of stairs! She kept me going even when I put unhealthy weight back on and got a little off track! She's the best! I'm now at 26.7% body fat and weight 138.2lbs! I'm not done yet either!!! Shannon is worth the investment because she will invest twice as much back into you!!
Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.

The staff at F3 Fitness are nothing less than outstanding! I personally have trained with Garrin since May '16 and there's a good reason why I have stayed with him for almost a year! His attitude towards fitness, his passion for his work, and his passion for life are infectious! Garrin truly lives and breathes fitness and has helped me to live a healthier lifestyle. I have a better knowledge of fitness and nutrition that I can also teach my daughter, which is very important to me. (She sees me workout all the time because F3 allows you to bring your kids in. Awesome!) When I leave the gym, my endorphins are running high and I know it's because I just had a GREAT workout with Garrin, but also because the energy at F3 is very positive and you can't help but feel good when you walk into and out of those doors!

I have worked with Ken for over 20 years. He was my personal trainer for most of that time. He also provided "Lunch & Learn" at my work place. Ken would discuss all topics related to a healther lifestyle. He is extremely knowledgeable and an interesting presenter.
I am a beginner when it comes to exercise. I was a bit nervous when i first started, but Travis really made sure that I was not only comfortable with the workouts, but the environment in which the workouts were performed. The gym is clean and has a wide variety of equipment. The classes he offers really gets the blood flowing and the heart pumping, and we all have fun when we do it. I definitely recommend him to anyone, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. He really knows his stuff. Also, to the ladies that are nervous about starting with a new group/gym... there are several ladies (more ladies than men) that work out with Travis and the rest of the group. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the facility is secured during workouts. Also, it is a judgment-free gym so no worries! We all have our strengths and weaknesses, areas that we need improvement... and Travis knows how to find these aspects and implement a workout plan that is not only good for a wide group of people, but good for you as an individual as well. My favorite part is that he will push you to work to failure, then try just one more rep to improve, but he is also big on safety and health. I injured my leg early on because I had the wrong footwear and he recommended a type of shoe to get, and even taught me how to tie my shoes properly (funny, I know). While I healed he did not let me skip a beat -- he had low-to-no impact workout alternatives to what everyone else was doing so you could burn calories, build strength, and not worry about hurting yourself. I recommend him to anyone, really, that is ready to change their lifestyle to being fit and healthy... and to those that want to have fun doing it.
Working with Jake as a trainer has been the best experience of my life! He is so motivating professional and he keeps you on target. He always has extremely positive things to say and he incorporates your goals into your lifestyle .No pressure he works for the client no matter what your circumstances are. Before coming to Coval Fitness I had a hard time making myself go workout. The atmosphere is inviting, everyone is friendly, and the staff know how to encourage you to do your best. Mike also helped me come up with a meal plan and prep so I could live an all around healthier lifestyle. Overall I recommend Coval Fitness for anyone who needs guidance to become a stronger and healthier person.
Ben is an incredible chef, personal trainer and health coach. I've been working with Ben for over a year and can say I've not felt this physically good in years. Each meal he makes is superb and the workout he plans are fun (and tough!)
Evan is an AMAZING Fitness Trainer. My case was a little bit unusual but here's how it went: I arrived for our first meeting with a body racked with stiffness and pain from a long term illness. The hip and spine issues made it difficult to move my body even for a simple sitting position. By the end of week one I was doing small moves in equally small sets. By the end of 8 weeks I was doing planks, lunges, dying bugs and weight bearing exercises by the full set. Evan is patient and persistent in working within your bounds but is willing to push you so that you do not get too comfortable. I'd highly recommend his services not only to give your body more flexibility and physical strength but also to help you learn at what level to push your limits and to appreciate that deep down improvement in your core health, which I suspect you'll experience soon after you begin your training.
