He's very knowledgeable and gives great advice on forming a healthy diet and exercise routine that fits my lifestyle. He's passionate about what he does, and it shows in his work.
Kallie is the perfect coach! She helped me so much in loosing weight, getting more flexible and solve my back pain problems. She has very good knowledge of nutrition and her techniques are based on yoga and ayurveda which works amazing! I really recommend her to anybody. She has adapted methods to work with all ages, all body types, and always with the smile :)

Shannon is the most motivating trainer that I have ever worked with! She has helped me build muscle and shed fat and consistantly influenced me to make the necessary lifestyle changes to maintain my body! If it wasn't for shannon I would still be at 32% body fat , 152lbs at 4'10 and unhappy about the fact that I was barely strong enough to get up 3 flights of stairs! She kept me going even when I put unhealthy weight back on and got a little off track! She's the best! I'm now at 26.7% body fat and weight 138.2lbs! I'm not done yet either!!! Shannon is worth the investment because she will invest twice as much back into you!!
Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.

Evan is an AMAZING Fitness Trainer. My case was a little bit unusual but here's how it went: I arrived for our first meeting with a body racked with stiffness and pain from a long term illness. The hip and spine issues made it difficult to move my body even for a simple sitting position. By the end of week one I was doing small moves in equally small sets. By the end of 8 weeks I was doing planks, lunges, dying bugs and weight bearing exercises by the full set. Evan is patient and persistent in working within your bounds but is willing to push you so that you do not get too comfortable. I'd highly recommend his services not only to give your body more flexibility and physical strength but also to help you learn at what level to push your limits and to appreciate that deep down improvement in your core health, which I suspect you'll experience soon after you begin your training. Before hiring Jay, I had been battling a labrum tear for over 2 years. I had done everything medical experts had advised as far as nursing that area back to healh, but nothing seemed to work. That is, until Jay accepted me as a client at the very start of 2014. Through Jays years of experience with strength & conditioning and nutrition expertise, the man not only helped me nurse my labrum back to good health, but has been & still is a major driving force behind my intensity & work ethic in the weight room, & on the competition stage! As a young, wide eyed college kid who knew nothing about competitive bodybuilding, Jay saw the potential in me that others didn't & welcomed me in with open arms. Since then, we have continued to progress each year, never trying to "re-invent the wheel" & sticking to the basics that have helped build the bodies and minds of the most highly conditioned athletes in the world. Mariam has been great at providing advice with wellness and nutrition tips. Not only does she take the time to genuinely listen but works with you step-by-step at helping you set realistic goals and achieving them. I have often struggled with emotional eating despite having a healthy diet and working out regularly. She had me write down what I eat every day and did not pass any judgments. She was able to help me see where I could best improve by providing me useful resources and making some reasonable recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone if you want some guidance to live a healthy and realistic lifestyle.
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed my initial appointment. The treatment was relaxing and gave me tools I could take with me after the session was over. Catalina clearly has a great affinity towards coaching, and knows exactly how to unlock the unseen potential of her clients. Her detail-oriented but emphatic approach to the process allows her to get to know a person deeply enough in a short amount of time in order to refine an uncover potential and revitalize their personal profile, it is very admirable. Catalina approaches each coaching session honestly and thoughtfully, allowing the clients to consider the realities of their situation in a entirely different light. I personally consider Catalina's coaching style very helpful , as she enables me to delve deeply into my career situation or my past experiences, improving my thinking process and lack of confidence . Fantastic, Sue is great, she knows what she is doing and it shows. She listened carefully to my needs and then gave me a couple of options. I could tell she was present and not just going through the motions. We became like a team whose focus was getting me out of pain. After the session she gave me tea and explained some self help techniques that i love doing for myself.
