- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not add extra paperwork we use a simple per-person system for charging our clients. In this system I consider food price, workers time, as well as mine and transporting and delivering of all of the food and equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In my family and in the catering business, I believe do the best job every time. My team and I always do our best and love what we do, that makes the job great.
