KEB and Associates found the perfect contractor to remodel my bathroom. It only took 2 days, they didn't go over time or money and it was done the way I asked. The only thing that could have been better was if I used KEB And As scout the first time! Will definitely be using them for future projects.

I have relied on Keith Benford and KEB & Associates as my leasing manager. Keith has done all my open houses and has vetted all my tenants before I take over the management. I currently live in California but travel to Detroit once a month. Keith is easily accessible and understands the process of out-of-state investors in getting ur homes rented. He is a great communicator with his clients as well as the tenants. I have not had one complaint against Keith, he has leased out around 25+ homes for my company. I will continue to do business with KEB & Associates.
