We sent you a response because you reached out with a different email address, and we did not realize it was the same person. As you know, I had informed you several weeks ago that Castle was not a good fit for your management needs. Hey Alberto, I'm very sorry that we weren't able to help you out with this property. Based on our past experience, we've found that Castle doesn't work well for properties that rent in the $3,000 range. We never want to close a customer unless we're confident we can deliver them extraordinary service, which is why we felt Castle wasn't a great fit for you.
