I am terribly disappointed with this service. On 9/12/14, two young men were sent to my home to snake my main line. This was done with no problem, except the last person to run the snake failed to recap my toilet stack. I was also told I would need to have my entire toilet line re-ran through out to the main line, and that this would cost me over $4,000. In the time since their visit, I noticed a foul odor coming from my basement that had not been present before their services were rendered; this is how we discovered the stack cap lying on the stairs, rather than capping off the line. When I called Lakeside to inform them of the situation, I was told that they do not provide clean-up services. I am extremely angry with this situation, because while I do understand that their contract states no clean-up of mess due to work being performed, this mess is present due to THEIR WORKERS' NEGLIGENCE, rather than the repair work that took place. Had the young men been concentrating on my work order-rather than his baby momma who lives around the corner from me-maybe they would have caught this mistake. I do not recommend this business to anyone!

We did give an estimate to address the drain line problems that you are having but we do not offer a sanitation cleanup service at this time. During the drain cleaning process it is our job to cover the drain stack with the cap provided. We attempted to send our tech back out to cover this drain line but was told the drain line is all ready covered. We strive to be a valued asset to all of our customers and hope to always be around to answer the call when plumbing problems happen. We do appreciate your business, thank you.
