FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is by the job, not the hour. This allows for flexibility so that on those weeks that you had company, five children running around the house, and a trail of barbeque sauce, you're still getting a sparkle clean without going over your regular budgeted amount. Then on the weeks when there hasn't been as much traffic around the house, we can give a little attention to that track in the slider door that we do every so often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to come in and do a meet and greet/walk-through with new customers who will be added to a regular ongoing schedule. This allows me to get a visual feel for the place, so that I can give you an exact quote. It also allows us to discuss expectations, frequency, and any custom needs of your unique household. In addition this allows you to get to know me, and for me to meet George your Parrot so that we can make sure we are a perfect fit before you commit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training from generations of cleaning professionals.
