- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal at Lighthouse Party Bus & Limousine is to keep our pricing transparent and easy to calculate. We are not a middle-man or broker; we own our fleet. To ensure the most accurate quote, you will need to provide the date of service, times and locations of pick up and drop off addresses, and the number of passengers your vehicle needs to accommodate. Our service includes unlimited stops for your traveling convenience. Hourly bookings have a required minimum reservation of 6 hours for peak times – weekends/holidays, and a minimum reservation of 4 hours during non-peak times – Sunday/Thursday. Wedding bookings require a minimum reservation of 3.5 hours. Additional hours for all reservations are priced at the base hourly rate of the vehicle. Our pricing is all-inclusive, accounting for a 20% gratuity to the driver and any applicable fuel surcharges (*for pick-up/drop-off locations outside our 30 miles radius). At the time of booking, an initial down payment of 20% is required to secure your reservation date, time, and vehicle. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of booking receive a full refund of the initial down-payment. All reservations require a credit card. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is all about communication. Whether you've submitted a quote online, or are calling on the phone, we want to make sure we understand you and your event needs to ensure your reservation properly accommodates the size of your party. To provide solid pricing, we need to know the number of guests in your party and the times/dates/locations of your pick up and drop off addresses. At the time of booking, an initial down payment of 20% is required to secure your reservation date, time, and vehicle. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of booking receive a full refund of the initial down-payment. All reservations require a credit card. The remaining balance is due three business days prior to reservation date. Guest services will contact you the week of your reservation to confirm dates/times/location information. Guest services will contact you the day of your reservation to confirm driver departure and primary contact information so the driver can notify the primary contact upon arrival and have a communication channel with guests during their reservation. Post-trip, guest services sends the primary contact a follow up e-mail to survey their experience. At Lighthouse Party Bus & Limousine, we believe that open communication is critical.
