- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The total project fee depends on the depth and length of the project. Monthly payments: For projects of 61 days or more, monthly payments are possible. Payment methods: Credit and debit cards are acceptable - which includes Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. Cash & checks are accepted, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 - Free first meeting/conversation: Whether in person or on the phone, the first interaction allows each of us to gain a better understanding of your consulting needs and how BCS will be able to help you. Steps 2 - Project objectives & activities clarification: Based on our understanding of your need(s), we will submit a proposal for your consideration. Ideally, with a few revisions from each of us, we will reach an easy agreement. Step 3+ - Project implementation: Each of us will timely engage in the activities that we agreed upon, until the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education: MBA (earned as an adult learner, while working full time) Experience: As a business broker and consultant, I have seen the internal financial and functional operations of hundreds of businesses which has given me insights that can be very helpful to providing you with practical solutions to help you fix, grow, or sell your business.
