Very good experience. Unfortunately my oven was not repairable due to difficulty locating necessary new parts. The tech Jack was very professional, thorough and friendly. Jack arrived on time and texted 30 minutes prior to getting here. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I am so excited to share my experience with Chris of C M all Appliance Repair. Each contact with him was timely and I knew exactly when he would arrive. He not only fix my freezer in my refrigerator but swept & washed the floor for me where the fridge would be pushed back on. If you any type of appliance repair, stop & call this company. I am very pleased with this company and would use them again. I had to change the day of my appointment and the Gal I talked to was very accommodating. I do appreciate that. Regarding the worker which was Joshua, he was punctual, nice, knowledgeable and knew what he was doing in regards to my stove as the pilot went out. I also liked the fact that he showed the defective part after replacement. Other places I have used in the past didn't even do that. This place has their stuff together!!!
