Ken, We discussed at the time of consult that this specific job would require a deposit in order to book the apointment and you told us you would have the deposit sent over later that day. We did mutiple follow ups with you in regards to this deposit in order to keep your apointment on our schedule. As per our cancellation policy it is outlined with our cancelation procedures and that there is a cancellation fee for apointments canceled less then 24 hours. "If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 Hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another clients access to that appointment time. How to Cancel Your Appointment: If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at (586) 863-2147 between the hours of 9am - 9pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client a $30 missed appointment fee." As we discussed we would be more then willing to remove the fee with any supporting proof you contacted us.
