I had not filed my taxes for several years. When the time came that I absolutely had to catch them up, I contacted several CPA’s and tax preparers, but was unable to find anyone willing to take on such a challenge and assist me with my tax returns. A friend referred me to Krassy, and she was the answer to my prayers. She is highly professional and has a passion for, and dedication to, helping and fighting for her clients. If you have ever found yourself involved with the IRS, you know what a nightmare it can be. Issues with the IRS, include inexperienced “help desk” employees and less than helpful agents. It is basically a one sided battle which is designed to almost guarantee that you will lose. Krassy guided me thru the IRS red tape and procedures. That included her spending many hours on the phone waiting to get in contact with the correct agent, along with trying to chasing down needed phone numbers. The IRS is not very helpful when they have your “feet to the fire”. They are only interested in how much money that they can pile up in penalties, fees, and interest. It appears that their mission is to cause you as much stress as possible so that you will give up your fight and pay whatever they decide you owe them, even if you don’t owe them all the money that they claim. I would never have been able work my way thru the system and get everything straightened out without all of Krassy’s hard work, support, and dedication. Even when faced with roadblocks and setbacks thrown at us, her determination to get these problems resolved was gratifying. I truly feel fortunate to have had her “in my corner” fighting for me. Often during our appointments, I walked out of the office with more hope that this was going to be resolved better than I expected than when I arrived. I will never forget all the help I received. I worked with the firm for 3 to 4 years. I was absolutely at my wits end in trying to figure out my QuickBooks accounting /bookkeeping for my marina. We were a very small business and I just couldn't find an affordable accounting firm. I had one bookkeeper come in and in one weeks’ time she had literally deleted a section of my books....and she cost me $1000! After that I was certainly shell shocked. Then I was so lucky to find a firm that did all the fixing each time I was pulling my hair out trying to figure something out. The price was so reasonable and so much cheaper than any other place I had looked for. Although I knew the basic bookkeeping there were many accounts that were extremely complicated. I had made a mess of many items and knew enough to know it was wrong but did not know how to fix. I gave the firm some very hard things to tackle and they always came to the rescue. They even went back 5 years to correct and set a complicated customer security deposit account straight. I could call and get help immediately rectified in several days just by sending over my books on line. Sometimes it was just a talk on the phone and a suggestion on what to do. Then my hair started growing back and all was well.
