Spencer is exceptional, words can't pinpoint all of the qualities or attributes he possesses, but I'll try. From the beginning of my search he was kind, informative, punctual, truthful, knowledgable and easy on the eyes. Also, I'd like to mention, he was my second agent. He showed more homes/condos to my husband and I in ONE day than we saw in a week or longer! He is very diligent. He maneuvered thought every pitfall and all obstacles with grace. He explained EVERY question I had, and I had plenty, being a re(new) buyer. It had been over 20 years since my last home buying experience. Spencer made the experience exciting and fun with his attitude and disposition. Let me add that the end was declared from the beginning. He went through the trenches and organized the chaos during closing. He taught me a lot about VA and I know he would be an excellent partner with them to make it a smoother process for all in the marketplace. I could go on all day singing his praises halleluyah! Spencer Wilson is an amazing real estate agent. The only reason we don't give him 5 stars at this time, is because he hadn't researched the properties he was showing us thoroughly enough. I believe that is because of his busy schedule and he is less than 1 year licensed. He was very patient with us and willing to work hard to get us into the home we finally decided on. With more experience, this young man is going to be an A-1 agent. I have already referred 2 other potential buyers to Spencer. He is an amazing agent and will be even more so as he gains more experience. If we ever need to move again, (hopefully we won't :) we're definitely going to call Spencer to be our agent again.
