We would recommend Sonni with no hesitation. We are first time home buyers, and we were nervous about the entire process. We interviewed a few agents before Sonni, but we knew within minutes of meeting her, we’d go with her services.
Again, this was our first time, and Sonni was so kind and knowledgeable when answering alllll of our questions. She went above and beyond to explain things and teach us. She was very patient with all of our wants and needs and dislikes and our ever-changing list of requirements for a home, and she worked around our unconventional work schedules.
Sonni was honest about what houses were a good deal, cheap finishes, fair and unfair, etc. and knowledgeable about many different neighborhoods. She also has great recommendations for inspectors and loan officers. We were so please with everyone we came into contact with throughout the process thanks to Sonni.
Again, 10/10 recommend Sonni, especially for first time buyers. We hope to connect with her again when we’re ready to move to a bigger home.

As a first time home buyer, I was very lucky to have Sonni recommended to me. She provided tons of information. Sonni made herself available morning, noon and night to answer questions or just to follow up. She always gave a realistic outlook on every situation and made it clear that what I wanted was very important to her. I couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and all around amazing realtor. Working with her quickly felt like working with a close friend. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a professional yet fun and lighthearted home buying experience.

I had a realtor before sonni who did not seem to understand where i wanted to live or the home i wanted so as soon as i let go of that realtor sonni came in i told her what i wanted and that's the home's she showed me and to make a long story short because i could praise her all day she got me my home and my children i are extremely happy thank you sonni!
