- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free estimates including a walk-through with you, the customer, so we can learn exactly what you want done - nothing less, nothing more. We will get the quote back to you usually within 24 hours - often sooner. :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will tell them about our background in the trade, and in my personal life so that they feel comfortable having me (us) in or around their home or business. Then, we want to hear what exactly what they would like done, after which we will discuss options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of on-the-job preping/painting/staining on homes, businesses, factories etc. I do not have a painters license, but I do know how to complete a very professional paint job - just ask our customers!
