What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On average my personal training rates work out to ~$50/session with .56/mile outside of my home base.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I teach Exercise physiology for the PT program at U of M, and I am continually attending training workshops and completing my own research and education to keep my credentials up to date.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for helping people to feel healthy and vibrant about life. And have loved the fitness industry since day one. I was 16 when my Aunt introduced me to personal training, and I have been in the industry for over 20 years now (pops, did that just give away my age?!)!
