Josh, a/k/a Squeals on Wheels, catered my backyard wedding reception on 8/9/14. We had approximately 175 guests. The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Josh went above and beyond to make sure that all of my requests were met .. and then some. All of my guests are still raving about how good the food was. I would recommend Squeals on Wheels for anybody who wants a good old fashion BBQ with all the fixins done in a professional way. Thanks Josh for making my day great.

Josh did a great job in providing barbequed pork, beef brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, cheesy potatoes and two large salads for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary. He was extremely easy to work with - excellent communication and was very flexible with our needs. The food was great and we would highly recommend him!

pulled pork was awesome the chicken had great smoke flavor cheesey potatoes were hard to keep hot. would I use him again? you bet. we were plenty satisfied!!!
