Introduction: We have always been told we are prompt, honest, and professional. Two things that we believe are very important. When you are dealing with water/fire damages time is of the essence, damage can get worse as it just sits there. We are proud to say we are one of the fastest responding restoration companies out there. None of this: "We'll be there between 3pm and 6pm." It's: "We will be there in 15 minutes." We like being able to help people and make a noticeable difference in their home. Usually when we go into a home for a water/fire damage the homeowner is extremely flustered and doesn't know what to do. It's great to be able to say, "It'll be ok, We will make it better." We try to explain the process as well as possible to avoid any confusion. And when we go into a home, whether for a disaster or carpet cleaning, you can tell we've been there. There is a difference, and we did that.

    I know the economy is tough right now and everyone is looking for a deal, but sometimes the cheapest company isn't the best. Especially when it is involving things like water, mold, and fire. You can never be too careful with these kinds of things. Just make sure you understand why a company is so inexpensive/expensive.
