Introduction: K and C Property Service LLC, is a licensed builder, including licensed abatement company (asbestos, lead and mold). We are proudly serving mid-Michigan residents and commercial companies since 2008.
We employ over 25 skilled tradesman and trained technicians, and we are able to eliminate the need for hiring different contractors for each trade on projects. We can streamline the project process from architectural drawings to end of project completion.
